Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction with myDolci is our top priority.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please email us at info@mydolci.com with:
- your order number or proof of purchase
- a photo of the item
Once your request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to prepare your parcel. Our delivery company will collect the package within 3 business days after you receive the label.
Please note: returns sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at info@mydolci.com as soon as possible — and no later than 48 hours after receiving your package — if your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. This allows us to evaluate the issue promptly and make it right. Claims made after the 48-hour window may not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Customized or engraved items cannot be returned unless they arrived defective or damaged.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at info@mydolci.com with details of both the item you purchased and the item you would like instead. We will guide you through the exchange process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@mydolci.com.
Cancellation Fees
A 5% cancellation fee applies to cancellations and returns.
Cancellations are handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of a Transaction) Regulations, 2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or you received the wrong product. In such cases, myDolci covers the return shipping costs.
